1. Terms of service
By accessing or using auctionsheet.com.bd (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the Site or its services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a report. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt to scrape, crawl or resell our data in bulk, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. The service
The Site lets you search for a vehicle by chassis number and purchase a report containing the auction information recorded for that vehicle at a Japanese auction, which may include the auction sheet image, photos, grade, mileage, auction house, date and prices.
- Reports reflect data as published by the auction at the time of sale. We do not inspect vehicles and cannot guarantee a vehicle's current condition.
- Auction sheet images are reproduced as received. Some fields may be missing when they were not recorded by the auction.
- Search results and previews are free. A report is only charged once you complete payment.
- You are responsible for entering the correct chassis number and confirming that the preview (maker, model, year) matches your vehicle before paying.
3. Payments
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for customers in Bangladesh and in US Dollars (USD) for customers elsewhere. Payments are processed by SSLCommerz, a Bangladesh Bank–licensed payment gateway. We never receive or store your card, bKash, Nagad or bank credentials.
Prices may change without notice, but the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. The "Make Payment" page is for payments agreed with our team in advance; please include a clear payment reason.
4. Privacy policy
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, country, optional address, the chassis numbers you search, and messages sent via our contact form. Our payment partner provides us with the transaction status and reference, not your payment details.
How we use it
- To deliver your report and send it to your email address.
- To send payment receipts and respond to support requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep records required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the Site (payment processing and email delivery) or when required by law.
Security & retention
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). Transaction records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. Report pages use unguessable links and are excluded from search engines; anyone you share a link with can view that report.
5. Refund policy
Because reports are digital products delivered instantly, completed purchases are non-refundable, including when the auction record shows information you did not expect (such as a low grade, high mileage or accident history).
You are entitled to a full refund when:
- You were charged but the report could not be delivered and we are unable to provide it within 72 hours.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The report delivered belongs to a different chassis number than the one you paid for.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of payment with your transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing can take 7–10 working days depending on your bank or mobile wallet.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site and its reports are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Auction data originates from third parties and, while we take care to deliver it accurately, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. A report is one input into a buying decision and should not replace a physical inspection by a qualified mechanic.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any loss arising from the purchase or sale of a vehicle.
